Abstract

Professional help seeking behavior has gained popularity and research interest in recent years as an important means to explore and understand the customer delay in his endeavor to seek help and to act promptly in a variety of situations in the field of health care. Since there is evidence that attitudes and intentions can predict behavior, much of the research on the requesting intervention was based on professional help improve attitudes and intentions in seeking help, in order to produce behavioral changes as well as focusing on the behavior itself.
