Abstract

In the experimental station Allal Tazi (INRA Kenitra), located in the Gharb region, 44 km north of Kenitra we treated two plots of durum wheat of 100 m2 with 2 herbicides paraquat (gramoxone) and diquat (reglone) and we left a third one without treatment (control plot), at harvest time we took 3 samples per plot of our mature wheat and we brought it back to the laboratory after an extraction and purification step, An aliquot was filtered through a syringe filter (0.45uM) and then transferred to a polypropylene vial and analyzed directly by LC-MS for residues of 2 herbicides used in the straw and seed of the harvested wheat, the results showed the absence of these 2 active ingredients in our samples.
