This experiment was conducted in the fruit seedlings propagation nursery in Babylon province – Al-Mahaweel district belonging to the Iraqi Ministry of Agriculture on sixmonths old Fig saplings cv. Waziry, where it was sprayed with nutrient solution Micronate 15 of four concentrations (0,1, 2, and 3) g.L-1 and amino acid Tryptophan of four concentrations (0, 50, 100, and 150) g.L-1, was applied in (15/3,15/4,15/5,15/8,15/9/2020).Results showed that spraying seedlings withMicronate 15 and tryptophan resulted ina significant increase in thecontent of the leavesof nutrients (Magnesium, Iron, Zinc and Manganese)and the harmonic content of auxin, gibberellin and cytokine, Where the treatment (the nutrient solution Micronate 15 with concentrate 3 g.L-1+ the amino acid Tryptophan at the concentrate 150 mg.L-1) having the highest average for these traits compared to control treatment.
