Abstract

This paper presents a graph of the amino acids composition of the protein shell of the potato X virus isolate isolated from the climatic conditions of Uzbekistan (MN769702) and its other isolates. The study has shown that phylogenetic analysis of the isolate differs in the number of amino acids Serine (S), Threonine (T), Asparagin (N) from the isolate D00344 (Netherlands), which has a homology of 97.4%.

Keywords: PVXn, isolate, nucleotide, amino acid, gene, coat protein
