Abstract

The article focuses on improving the water-physical and agro-chemical properties of the saline glacial soils of Jizzakh region, which are located on the surface of groundwater, and increase their productivity. It gives information about the application of mineral fertilizers on moderately saline soils at the rate of N160P80K48 kg / ha +10 t / ha and N160P112K80 kg / ha + 20 t / ha, respectively, against the background of side rates (rapeseed + Parco) e) cotton yields and economic efficiency, the ability to reduce groundwater levels and soil salinity without harming the environment. Today, in spite of the fact that a large amount of money and labor is spent on the desalination of irrigated lands of the republic, the improvement of the reclamation of such lands, a number of districts and irrigated lands are covered with saline soils. Under these conditions, excessive accumulation of harmful salts in the fields leads to a sharp decline in soil fertility and crop yields.

Keywords: Gray-grass soil, unsalted, low and moderately saline, cotton, mineral and organic fertilizers, siderite.
