Abstract
Growth regulators play a major role in improving plant production, including Thidiazuron, which affects effectively and in low concentrations. The field experiment was carried out in the fields of the Department of Horticulture and Garden Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture, Al-Qasim Al-Khadra University, by spraying the growth regulator Thidiazuron with three concentrations (0, 10, 20 mg. L-1) on the vegetative growth of five Cauliflower hybrids (FUJIYAMA, CEZAR, BARQ, LAMAR, ALNAHAR) The experiment was conducted in a split panels according to RCBD design.
Hybrids showed a significant effect in most of the studied indicators, and the hybrid ALNAHAR gave the highest total yield of 78.4 tons. H-1, the effect of the growth regulator Thidiazuron was significant in most of the studied indicators and gave a level of 10 mg. L-1. The best results in the total plant yield reached 70.8 tons. 1, ALNAHAR and spraying with growth regulator 10 mg. L-1 also gave the highest total yield of 101.0 tons. H-1.
