Abstract
The salinity experiment was carried out in a greenhouse - college of Agriculture / Al-Qasim Green University during the year (2019-2020). The experiment was carried out in a completely randomized design with three replications. In the experiment were included two factors: plant species (oat - groundnut - sorghum) and Nacl levels (2, 4, 6, 8) dS m-2. Three genes in three species were detected as genetic parameter. Germination percentage, seedling vigor, growth roots rate and dry matter production rate were the studied seedling parameters. The results were: the AsHKT1 gene appeared at a salinity level of 4, 6 and 8 dS m-2 in oat while the sbHKT1gene appeared at a salinity level of 2 , 4 and 6 dS m-2 in sorghum, and the HKT1-like gene appeared at a salinity level of 2 and 4 dS m-2 in groundnut. The seedling parameters appeared: oats was not effected by increasing the salinity levels and sorghum less while groundnut was drastically affected with increasing saline concentration.
