Abstract
In this article, we are focusing on the beneficial effect of cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) and ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) on the performance of broiler nutrition. Cinnamon and ginger are commonly used as medicine as well as spices in human food. These two spices are commonly available in the market and used as a feed supplement in broiler nutrition as a purpose of increasing weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion ratio (FCR) and economics of bird rearing. This review article illustrates the application of cinnamon and ginger increases the body weight as well as gain in weight, reduced feed intake and improved feed efficiency.
