Abstract

This experiment was carried out on the Weeping Bottlebrush shrubs with two years age in the nursery of the Kirkuk Department of Agriculture, to study the effect of the number of sprays (2 doses, and 4 doses) and the type of spraying material (distilled water, seaweed extract 6 and 9 ml/liter, humic acid 6 and 9 ml/liter) on chlorophyll content of the leaves, the length of the stem, the number of branches and the diameter of the stem and this experiment was designed according to the of randomized complete block design (RCBD) for factor experiments and by two factors, and it was found that the use of 4 doses led to a significant increase in the chlorophyll content of the leaves and a significant decrease in the number of branches and spraying with high concentrations of seaweed extract and humic acid led to a significant increase in chlorophyll content of the leaves compared with spraying with distilled water (control).
