Abstract

The article reveals the antagonistic and growth stimulating activity of the local strain Streptomyces roseoflavus 33 isolated from the cotton rhizosphere of the Tashkent region. It has been noted that the strain Streptomyces roseoflavus 33 has antagonistic activity against cotton verticillium and fusarium wilt. The culture actively produces phytohormones – gibberellic acid (GA) and indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). A high content of IAA and GA was found in Streptomyces roseoflavus 33 on the 16th day of cultivation and amounted to 240 μg / l IAA, and GA - 300 μg /l, respectively.

Keywords: Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium solani, Verticillium dahlia, Streptomyces, phytohormones, gibberellic acid (GA), indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), phytopathogens
