Abstract
Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles aims at minimizing generated waste and implementing sustainable processes. Green synthesis uses mild reaction conditions and non-toxic precursors. In this present study we used herbal formulation for the green synthesis of silver nanoparticles. Majorly bio synthesized silver nanoparticles have been assessed as anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and anticancer activities. The nanoparticles are first synthesized and then characterized by U-V spectroscopy. Then the cytotoxicity of the silver nanoparticles using Phyllanthus emblica and Cinnamomum verum formulation is tested on brine shrimps. So this can be further used in the form of toothpaste, dentifrices mouthwash etc.
