Abstract

The study sought to identify the influence of philanthropic disposition on organizational performance, ascertain the extent to which ethical practice affects organizational performance, and determine the correlation between environmental friendliness and organizational performance.  The population size for this study was 1204 which consist of staff of the organisation, out of which a sample size of 300 was realised using Taro Yamane’s formula at 5% error tolerance and 95% level of confidence. The questionnaire was used for instrument for data collection. Out of 300 copies of the questionnaire that were distributed, 264 copies were returned while 36 were not returned. Descriptive survey research design was adopted for this study. The hypotheses were tested using simple linear regression and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The results revealed that Philanthropic disposition positively influenced organizational performance. Ethical practice positively and significantly affected organizational performance. There was a positive correlation between environmental friendliness and organizational performance. The work concluded that CRP is a strategy that creates good image and improves operational performance of Nigeria breweries. The study recommended that Nigeria Breweries should continuously embark on activities that will promote environmental friendliness and  maintain product quality that will serve as  a competitive tools for the organization.
